From Chaos to Control: How Employee Task Planner Transformed a Support Manager's Work Life
Stacy had always been a busy person, but her job as a customer support manager had taken that to a whole new level. She was responsible for overseeing a team of 18 support agents who handled calls, emails, and live chats in a fast-paced call center environment.
